Awareness, self-actualization, and a detached spirit that acts… three traits needed today if corruption is to be combated. Age, qualification, caste, sex, religion, and profession do not matter as much as does the will to be a better person first and then look to guiding others.

True.Probably we also need to add aggressive fighting spirit to these necessary traits if we wish to combat corruption successfully.
Incidentally, I have gone through some of your posts – I admire your views and the way you express them.

I’ve watched Arvind Kejriwal talk to the media about corruption and what’s impressed me besides his genuine desire to combat this curse are his fearlessness, his precise and logical way of speaking and his elephant’s memory. Without referring to any notes, he constantly brings up facts, figures and incidences that lend weight to whatever he says.

Yes… wish we had more such fearless souls in our midst.
