When I have my camera in my hands I am a totally different person. I see what I otherwise would never possibly have seen. And then I use my camera to capture shots that normally not many focus on. For instance, today at the launch presentation of the Samsung Galaxy SIII in Le Meridien in New Delhi… there was beauty, there was technology, and there were so many admirers with their cameras who jostled around to get their best shots.

So I told myself, ‘Hey, there are going to be hundreds of wonderful pictures of this new wonder phone. But who is going to capture the rapture of the press corps of India and all the bloggers and techies who’re so mesmerised with the SIII.’

Well, I just went around and shot people shooting… yes, I did that and when I saw the results at home, I was actually astounded. One phone and megatons of concentration! One phone and focus that wouldn’t budge! One phone and rapture that was waiting to be captured!

So there I was… capturing the rapture! And well, the SIII is indeed a study in poise, simplicity, elegance, and subtlety!

Now you’re obviously wondering… is this another tech review of a phone? If yes, where are the specs? Come on guys, the specs are all over the net and one click will get you all of them tumbling down from the super highway. What is going to be harder to find is a study of the people intently studying this marvel of technology. So what are we waiting for? Let the show begin!!
