Colors and hues
Look at us all the time
Through a shape they’ve adopted
Wondering why
We’ve fixed a place
For them
Colours too have imagination and
Love to go where they imagine their future to be
Or they’re needed most
Or they help a story move on
Or assist a poem say what it wishes to say
God gave them imagination
But didn’t really ask
Colours to submit their choice
Even colours are so much like us.
