Garh Kundhar ka Quila… around 70 kms from Jhansi via Baruasagar and Niwari… has a history that is full of stories that can make one tremble with fear. I will soon be uploading a post on this fort but for now let me just say that this fort is also called ‘Bonae chor ka kila’ because one of the kings had hired the services of a midget thief and his gang to help him annihilate his enemies. This fort also has secret passage-ways that are now closed because not so long ago an entire ‘baraat’ or the people going for a wedding ceremony disappeared in those passages were never found. There are yet undeciphered maps of buried treasure that can be seen, ghost stories that are chilling, and dark rooms and hallways where one can still get lost unless a guide accompanies you. But we will talk about this fascinating journey soon… on www.passey.info — #fort #GarhKundhar #midget #theif #gory #history #Baruasagar #Jhansi #travel #traveladventure #travelphotography #art #artwork #sketch #travelblogger #blogging #instagram #Niwari
