A kiss
Gives life to silence
Melts words into a tasteful layer
That oozes into the heart of memories
Giving them a new life —
All this happens fast
And without
The ruckus of a conversation
Because a kiss
Is also creating a new set of memories
That will wait for another kiss
On another day
To come and thaw the freeze
That routine gifts a life.

A kiss isn’t
A conversationalist
But a lone activist
And knows what it was created to achieve.
