The busy-morons and the idle-morons
Have a mad wisdom to what they do
At dusk and during morns
And at other times too.
The moroniverse is vast
And expanding quite fast.
The babus in the offices
Place file over file
And then say
The work will take a little while!
The moroniverse is vast
And expanding quite fast.
We know the forward retreats
That prices and policies shout about
As they go up and then down
Or turn around or turn about!
The moroniverse is vast
And expanding quite fast.
Why forget the activists
And the quiet riot they give as gift
The deafening silence of sanity
As their stances shift!
The moroniverse is vast
And expanding quite fast.
Look at the life of a common man
The irregular pattern of dark light
That make his moments merge
Silence with his urge to fight!
The moroniverse is vast
And expanding quite fast.
The invisible ink of promises
Makes them no better than resolutions
Made each day only to be forgotten
As serious jokes and not solutions.
The moroniverse is vast
And expanding quite fast.
Like the sharp dull figures of speech
We hug contradictions all the time
Making sure that the grammar of life
Smiles insanely with rhyme!
The oxymoron universe is vast
And expanding quite fast.

It’s a great satire. Last two verses are my favorite. Good to see how creativity results from an interaction on social media.

Yes, I do agree Saru. Any form of creativity anyway is as a result of some form of interaction… with people, with nature, online, offline, in dreams, in thoughts… 🙂
